Charlotte Lee (Main Consultant) has 15 years experience of working in the voluntary sector and 4 years experience of working in the statutory sector in roles which involved:

• Providing development support and advice to both voluntary and statutory sector organisations
• Co-writing ‘On Solid Ground’, a tool for evaluating quality, effectiveness and positive development in independent advocacy organisations.
• Leading independent evaluation teams
• Facilitating small and large group processes
• Designing and delivering training courses
• Developing new projects
• Developing operational policies and procedures
• Strategic planning
• National policy development

Charlotte received a Diploma in Social Work in 1995 and has since completed Post Graduate Diplomas in Community Care and Development Management.
